Remind Me Faster gets tasks into Apple Reminders the moment they cross your mind.
It makes your most-used times, locations, and lists available with a couple of taps so nothing slows your flow. It’s available wherever you need it with support for lock screen, control center, and share sheet access. It's quick-entry for Apple Reminders.

Remind Me Faster is a companion to the Reminders app that's already on your device, so there's no need to switch task managers. Added reminders can be viewed in the built-in Reminders app.

• Set time alerts using natural language ("Reply to Mike tomorrow 10am")
• Set time alerts with one-tap pre-defined times & durations
• Set location alerts with 2 taps
• Select any list, and swipe left/right to quick-switch
• Set priority: • ! !! !!!
• Lock Screen launcher widget
• Share sheet extension
• Control Center & Action Button support
• Shortcuts & URL scheme support
• Alternate app icon sets

Remind Me Faster is indie-made, ad-free, with zero tracking. Most functionality is available for free, with some extra features available as one-off purchases.

What’s New

Version 5.2.5

-- 5.2.5 --
• Improved some date picker animations that went a bit weird in iOS 18.
• Hid the icon sets from the “Purchasable features” screen when running the app on a mac (because alternate icons don’t work on macOS).

-- 5.2.4 --
• List is now switched (visually) faster when using Control Center or Shortcuts.
• Added ‘Title’ field to Shortcut action.
• Hidden priority button now shows temporarily if set via a Shortcut or Control Center.
• Fixed an issue which caused URL scheme to ignore the specified list.
• Fixed an issue which caused URL scheme & Shortcuts to fail to switch lists when run on macOS.

-- 5.2 --
Remind Me Faster 5.2 brings Control Center & Shortcuts support, list improvements, and new icons.

Control Center, Action Button, Shortcuts:
• Add Remind Me Faster to Control Center or the Action Button, and optionally preset which list, location, and priority it should launch with.
• Add Remind Me Faster to shortcuts with a “New Reminder” Action, and optionally preset which list, location, priority, and note it should launch with.

List improvements:
• Customisable list switcher: Choose which lists to show / hide, and reorder them as you like.
• Improved switching gestures: Swipe down just above the keyboard to invoke a thumb-reachable list switcher. Swiping left/right to quick-switch is now more responsive and polished.

New icons:
• New default app icons which adapt to light & dark mode in iOS 18.
• Added new set of alternate app icons which adapt to light & dark mode in iOS 18.

Other changes:
• Cursor accent colour now follows the selected list
• Accent colour across settings updated to match new icon
• URL scheme now supports selecting locations. Documentation page is updated to reflect this.
• New onboarding screen.
• Updated help section
• Share extension rebuilt with improved reliability.
• Added a “What’s new” area to settings.

Beautiful App Design! Incredibly useful

I have lost count the amount of lists I’ve lost in the reminders app but this app changes everything and finally makes it useful! It’s so easy and quick to use, and now these reminders are suddenly the most useful thing on my phone. Save the task organisers for bigger projects, this app takes the crown for those little reminders that you need. I’ll never forget to buy milk on the way home again!

This app is exactly what a good app should be

I love this app. It is so simple to use, does exactly what it needs to, no fuss or thinking required. It’s perfect for me, a busy working mum who needs to write everything down and have reminders for everything or it would not get done. I use it multiple times a day, and rarely use the Apple one unless just to edit an existing reminder. I’ve been using it solidly for months now and cannot fault it. Great stuff.

Focused, simple, fabulous

I love how focused this app is. It does one job (add simple reminders (not fro based or repeating) and it does it very very well.

Is it a replacement for the Apple Reminder app? No. But that's missing the point. It's not supposed to be a replacement but an extension.

Siri (for all its quattuordecillions of flaws) will still be my primary method of adding reminders. But for every time that Siri is not a viable option, I'll definitely be reaching for Remind Me
