Renfrewshire 4+

This is a fab wee app and a real improvement on the old version. The interface is much more modern and intuitive and it’s got all the convenient features you’d expect from a taxi app; Apple Pay, adding tips, setting up a business account, etc.

I’ve got a couple of suggestions that could would improve the experience a little - I’d like to add multiple stops to a journey and it would be nice to save notes against favourite addresses for driver’s info (my home address can be hard to find) - but overall it’s a great wee app that rivals Uber for everything I need and I’m excited to support local!

The App has had a bit of a reputation for being unreliable and I’ve certainly had a few occasions to be annoyed as Taxis whizzed by me in the street, left early or turned up at the wrong address. However, I would say that 90% of these errors were of the human kind. Last night, I booked a car to go from Finnieston to Paisley and it appeared within a few minutes. Excellent service and App seemed to be working very well.

Always had a taxi within 10 mins - book ahead for times I know I have to be somewhere on time. Staff were very helpful during a recent mix up with a booking & payment
