You spoke; we listened. This update is all about your feedback! Document Storage: Landlords can now upload and share all types of docs! Manuals, invoices, bin schedule. You name it, you can store it. Profile Updates: Need to change your email or phone number? Now you can via your profile. Clearer Compliance: Tenants can view all compliance docs once the agreement is signed, and landlords are now CC’d on emails. Smarter Voice: Improved property reference accuracy in voice messages.

New feature overload! Rightmove & Zoopla listings now get automatically published to Rentr for wider reach and we've added the first 3 characters of the postcode to the display address as requested. Plus, landlords can now raise maintenance reqs, download rent reports, manage smart to-dos, cancel holding deposits, store more compliance docs and list studios. Oh, and did we mention enhanced referencing? There’s so much new to see – update now!

Faster EPC Auto-Fetch: Our enhanced AI retrieves Energy Performance Certificates directly from the government website with improved speed and accuracy. Certificates are automatically fetched and stored in Rentr, reducing manual steps. Better Compliance Auto-Reading: The compliance data reader has been upgraded to process documents faster and populate certificate details more accurately, giving you smoother compliance management. Improved Advert Controls: Landlords can now turn their property advert on or off multiple times, as long as the advert has not expired. Easy Advert Renewal: When an advert expires, the app clearly displays the status. Renewing your advert takes only a few taps, making it simple to get your listing live again. Clear Review Comments: You can now view detailed review comments from the Rentr team, helping you take quick action and approve your advert faster. UI & UX Enhancements: General design and performance improvements make the app faster, cleaner, and easier to use.
