Our Home Extension

One of the things that attracted us to using Revamp to build our extension was this app that they use to track all of the jobs, costs, plans, diagrams, drawings and official contracts.
This is the future of self build and home improvement management.
Everything is in one place for us the customer, the builder and their contractors.
No need for nights looking through endless email chains and trying to keep track of documents relating to the build.
It’s all split into sections of the work letting you know timetables and who will be at your property/site and when, estimates of how long each piece of work will take so that you can plan your own movements, room clearing, deliveries and visitors etc, without always having to ask lots of questions.
But when you need to communicate with the builder there is a chat function built in, so you have a clear and traceable record of what’s been asked and what’s been agreed, you can even add pictures in the chat feed to help explain your queries.
All parts of the job must be signed off by the customer and the builders before everyone is happy that the work is completed, as well as any additional or altered costs as the project progresses.
It really made the whole project a little easier having all of the necessary info at our fingertips and knowing that any question we asked or file that we sent wouldn’t be lost in someone’s inbox.
