Booked desk deleted twice

All my desk bookings deleted twice since upgraded v2, very confusing and complicated desk booking system i have ever seen and used. I don't see any difference between v1 and v2.

Since upgraded to v2, all my desk bookings lost twice and zone stopped working, then i was forced to upgrade and rebook and I upgraded to v2 and i rebooked a desk for 2 months in advance a week ago, yesterday received another email saying something happened to my desk bookings and i have to rebook again. Is this some kind of joke? Not happy at all with all of this incidents and the look and the feel of using this app, i lost trust in using this app, app UI is very poor and very confusing and ricoh website is worst than their mobile app ! Totally waste of money and time and not recommended.

Slow, very slow

We recently moved to this app for hybrid working purposes, and I am really disappointed in its usability. It’s very slow, often not even loading in my phone. While the web version is not at all intuitive and does not make it clear how to book rooms, nor does it have a reasonable calendar view.
The app often also forgets my booking or simply ‘black screens’ once I think I’ve booked… I’d also say that the 5 star reviews are of the same style and tone and are most likely fake.
I would not recommend this system / platform at all in its current form. Very poor.
