So so addictive and satisfying.

So like any game, it can be very annoying when you fail multiple times in a row, and you may throw your phone down but it’s so addictive that even when I was mad I continued. In this game you can flip, do wheelies, flip off ramps and moving platforms and overall spin and gather points endlessly. Getting up everyday to play this game is amazing and getting those combos that give you +4 extra points is incredibly satisfying. This is one of the best games I’ve ever downloaded.

Now although I’m talking about positives, the only way to truly come by all of these is through buying the “No ads” pass for around £3. Every 3-4 goes you will get an ad but when you have the “No Ads🚫” pass it makes all the difference and it feels like a real game. This pass is also good because you get x2 gems which makes the game faster and a whole lot easier to stay focused on. Now I never buy passes because I see not point of spending my money on a typically “crappy” game on my phone but this game is a *need* to buy or pay for a subscription. Trust me. It’s worth it.

I’ll sum it up. It’s addictive. It’s satisfying. You can do almost anything, from a freestyled flip or trick to a few perfect flips in a row that give max amounts of points. And of course, buying the “No Ads 🚫” pass is a must, not a want.

Ok….

So like the game is good but on a phone the bikes and cars are a bit slower and it’s really annoying for me. I know on sky tv there is a game called NEON RIDER and you could go backwards on it so maybe you could integrate that into the game? Apart from that, great game, would definitely recommend, if you don’t want any ads (because quite frankly, there are waaaay too many ads…) just turn Wi-Fi and mobile data off. 😏 there is also a bug where when you are driving on the spikes, it stops you midair just like 📈 sort of up (idk how to explain it lol) so you have to just quit back to the main menu, it is so annoying when there are :” get over 60 points 5x in a row “: (I’m on that challenge) and then you have to quit, so if you are below 60 points, you have to start the challenge ALL OVER AGAIN. It is sooo annoying. I don’t know if it is just me or smth but I have an apple phone so this apple ad keeps coming up midway through saying “STILL TIME TO GET THEM” -aka new iPhone 14 pro max- and then it just kills me. Also they are putting in waaay too many ads like ones at the start of the game and then some at the end!!!! 2ads for one game is a bit much. I know this has been a long review so I’m glad to say the review is finished! 🙂😀

Pretty good but..

Hello! I have been playing this game for a while now, and it’s pretty good! I like the neon use, the fact there’s levels of varying difficulties for if you get bored of the main game and the some of the bikes just look so cool. Alas, there is no such thing as a perfect game, and Rider is no exception.

I know the physics make up a lot of the point-scoring mechanics, but they’re kind of broken. You see, you hold to move and hold more to speed up, but if you speed up TOO much you’ll end up flipping. This seems fine at first, considering there are soo many places to flip and even one of the words you can collect is ‘flip’, but sometimes when there are gaps in the floor such as when certain parts of the floor fall, it becomes problematic. There are some areas where it is required you go faster, but as I said already, going too fast causes flips. So sometimes, you try to get past these fast parts, but instead you flip into a wheelie, plunge down to the other falling pieces and die. So those parts become impossible if you flip too early, which sometimes cannot be helped. It would be a great help if the devs could fix this, I’m sure me and many others would appreciate it.

That was a big chunk of review. Anyway, if you’re reading this, you’ll be glad to know that’s the end of the review.
