Nice one!

I really like the app. It gives me the opportunity to record the things I am looking forward to in the day ahead (my mornings) and an opportunity to reflect on the day just passed (in the evenings). However, I am a bit puzzled about the functionality of the app itself. 1. Even though I enabled notifications on my phone and set reminders within the app, it still doesn't remind me when it’s time to make an entry. 2. I would really much appreciate if there was a setting that allowed me to switch to 24-hour clock for my entries. Currently when I write it just records the time, but not even am or pm. 3. Functionality-wise, it would be more beneficial to me if it had a more comprehensive list of emotions and activities. As someone who struggles with anxiety and depression, tracking the activities that I enjoy when well would tell me loads for my own mental well-being. Apart from these points, I like the app and will continue using it. 😊

Recommend!!

Overall i think it’s a great app it might help you with your mental-being and your mindset. Day by day i see i have improved myself and i feel better already. I personally don’t want the premium on the app but it’s still great with or without. I’d recommend to everyone!

Meh

This app looked good at first, but I did not find it fit for its intended purpose. The basic (free) features do not include a “neutral” mood, so you need to be either in a really good mood (happy, excited, in love) or a really negative one (sad, angry, tired). The list of locked (paid) moods does not appear to include a “meh” status either.
In addition, the basic features just give you one chance per day to enter your status, so if you click on a mood in error there is no way back, no “cancel” button - and exiting the app and opening it again will just tell you you have already entered one note for the day (which is not correct). I expect that paying for the full features might fix this, but I am not keen on doing that due to the lack of a basic neutral mood.
App now deleted, back to good old calendar notes...
