Admins can manage organisations, sites, asset types, assets, users, fault types, jobs, reports, notifications and system workflows. Managers can review assigned work, manage purchase-order details, track service progress and coordinate engineers. Engineers can access assigned jobs, update job status, add service notes and complete required job actions. RollTech improves operational visibility by keeping asset information, job activity, photos, service updates and business records in one structured system. The app is intended for companies and organizations that onboard to the RollTech platform. User accounts are created securely for authorized Admin, Manager and Engineer users within each onboarded organization.
