Description
Thafknar is an audio recorder and player and a tool for adding reverb to files and to audio streams (Audiobus, IAA, AUv3; the latter being an in-app purchase).
Upload audio files by iTunes File Sharing or by Document Interaction, or create recordings with the app's built-in audio recorder. Play or save the files with added reverb. Use play through mode for realtime reverberation. The reverb can be created by an iOS Audio Unit or by the app's convolution reverb engine (iPad 4 or better is recommended for realtime usage).
In-app purchases:
- MIDI Control for controlling some functions of the app by MIDI messages.
- Preset Buttons for selecting presets by tapping buttons which can be decorated with text or images. This can be used to build a custom-designed sample player.
- Convolution Audio Unit for using the convolution reverb engine as an AUv3 app extension.

Dependable high quality reverb.
This is one of the first reverbs I bought on the App Store & one I constantly return to. The developer consistently updates and improves it. Highly recommended!
Should be made better
I quite like the app for the quick turn around it gives me with regard to recording small pieces with decent effects. But the app freezes very often and crashes in other times. Please make it better for a more consistent performance. Its a nice product but without these amends it will not go far. Thanks.

Can you describe the sequence of steps that lead to a crash? It is better when you send me the details by e-mail (see support page) because I don't get a notification when there are new or changed reviews. Apple does not regard the reviews as a means for reporting bugs.

Don't bother
Now even worse!! The developer has removed over half the features making the app useless. Previously you could create a copy of a recorded file and apply the reverb to it so once you export it - the file has the reverb. Now all you can do is play files back with reverb. You cannot permanently apply the reverb as previously. Also older version allowed you to convert format from WAV to MP3 and others, NOT anymore!! Too bad... another waste of space app.

Adding reverb to a file and format conversions are available in the "Copy" menu that you can access after long-tapping the file name, see support page.
You write "Now even worse!!". Can you elaborate on this? Are there other serious issues? I appreciate all constructive comments on my apps.
