The only thing I don’t like about rota geek is that when you don’t know how many hours your have work and especially if they get change.
Would it be possible if you can fix this please

It’s great but has its faults

So overall this app is really good, clever and easy to use! The team are also on hand, meaning live response really is live response. Love having the option of having your rota loaded into your calendar app so bravo for that RotaGeek 👏🏿👏🏿.
It’s current downsides are it’s loading times, there is a lot of time spent just waiting for the app to load which can be frustrating as the older version was a lot quicker!
Biggest pain is that you are logged out way too regular. Often when you need it most. Most colleagues at some point end up screen shotting for others as remembering usernames and passwords when you are already flustered can be a chore.
Overall Verdict is its nearly great, although not quite 👍🏿

Simple to use but needs some improvements.

Really frustrating and unhelpful when a shift is changed and you receive a notification that says ‘week starting —/— has been updated’ but unless you screenshot the shifts prior to them being changed, you have no clue what changes have been made.

It would be helpful if the notification stated the specific day that has changed and also what the changes are.
It would also be useful to have a tab where you can see notifications new and old, or if you could click on the day that’s been changed and see what it was prior to changes.

Another bug bear is being unable to add a note when submitting availability, when I need a note added, I have to call our resourcing department which makes it pointless having an app.

Otherwise, the app is seamless and a great improvements to the old ways of resourcing.
