App does not work
The app does not go beyond the first video screen. Have never used it. I have to go to the website each time i have a query.
Excellent customer service
I have been using Rotimatic for the last 7 years and I can say that it has improved a lot over time. The machine is easier to clean now and the software is more user-friendly. The customer service team is also more skilled and responsive than before. They have resolved my issues quickly and sent me new parts for free when needed.
However, I also noticed that the quality control of the machine has declined recently. In the past 15 days, the flour container stopped working properly and the dough cup broke during the fifth roti. I think Rotimatic should pay more attention to the durability and reliability of their product, otherwise they might lose some loyal customers like me.
Overall, I still enjoy making fresh rotis with Rotimatic, but I hope they can fix the quality issues soon. I would rate it 3.5 out of 5 stars.
App doesn’t work
I have just downloaded the app several times and set it up as soon as I open it the app closes. I don’t know if other people are having the same issues. I am using it on iOS and it’s an iPhone X.
Without the full functioning app I can’t use the full potential of my will to Rotimatic
