Rugby Nations 24 12+

If you want to play any rugby game on a mobile device, this is by far the best one out there. The games are enjoyable and it is fun to progress your team. I have a few problems with the game that do not stop it from being enjoyable but would be great if they were changed. Firstly, the forwards are quite useless in attack. They run incredibly slowly and run out of sprinting stamina after about 5-10 metres. obviously, the average forward is slower then the average back but the difference in this game is enormous. Secondly, it would be nice to be able to alter the length of the game, for instance each half lasts a few more minutes.

For the next game or any future updates, it would be interesting to have better variation between the builds of the players. for example, all the forwards look the same. If they made second rows taller and slimmer whilst props were wider for example, it could make the game more immersive and interesting. Also, for the campaign, potentially starting by making a player who you can slightly customise and choose their position and can then continue with them in your team.
once again, this is all constructive criticism. Overall, this is a high quality game with not too many ads and better than any other rugby game out there.

If you want to play a rugby game on your phone , this game is the best by a mile , the gameplay is solid and it all works fairly well , however some parts need changing . Firstly there are very few ads , only after you finish a game every now and again which is a huge plus . Kicking is good expect from the interception format , it’s too easy to win the ball and needs to be changed or made harder . The energy system gives you three games and it takes about an hour to gain another game , not good , need more game time , and given as the it’s split into nine segments nine games seem fair . Packs take too long and have to spend coins most of the time to quickly open . Career mode is my favourite but six nations four nations and World Cup are also good . Game needs to be more difficult and the best way to achieve this is to make it more complicated . One last thing , at half time and full time your players will knock on the ball, ending the game . Scrap this , and make stoppage time more enjoyable - stop the ai kicking it out at the end . Oh , and make games longer or add choice to length of game .

I have played the rugby nations games over several iterations now and I think it’s great having new additions which refresh the game and increase the fun. The only continuing frustration is the ease of beating the opponent as unless there is a huge gap in quality ie portugal vs the all blacks then it is easy to win each game without conceding. It currently feels like defending is very easy but maybe with the new tactic system the ai could exploit spaces out wide to make their attacks more dangerous. But despite this it is a brilliant game and the updates have been very good so my points are only constructive criticism as I’m such a big fan.
