Safety Pass – Now Available on Mobile The Safety Pass can now be accessed directly in the app! We've integrated valuable user feedback – while not all requests could be implemented yet, we've laid the foundation for future improvements. Personal Measures – Always at Hand Employees can now view and document their personal measures directly in the app – easy, mobile, and without detours. File Attachments – Exactly Where You Need Them Attachments can now be uploaded and viewed in familiar places – such as for measures, ideas, or incidents. Additionally, new entries can be created directly from file attachments.

Idea Management: Submit improvement suggestions directly and on the go – fast and easy. Access to My Documents: View personal documents on the mobile device – just like on the web dashboard. Mobile Confirmation: Confirm group trainings and accept offer-based preventive care on the go – no PC needed.

The examinations and check-ups assigned to me and already carried out are also displayed on mobile devices. This helps the user to even better plan their tasks and, if necessary, to check what exactly the doctor has said about possible restrictions. In the event of an evacuation, it is easy to check whether all the people currently on the premises are present or to see where they are likely to be on the premises.

Optimizations and bugfixes

With this version, you can directly see in the training course information whether a training is a prerequisite for other trainings or if you need to complete another one first. Additionally, we have made some adjustments to the layout and fixed a few minor bugs.

In addition to a few resolved issues, we have focused on laying the foundation for MDM in this version. So, you can look forward to the configuration of the login URL via MDM being in the starting blocks.

After the first update of our new app, you can join a meeting without much effort and thus, participate more easily in moderated training courses. Of course, we have also already fixed one or two problems. And in case you do bump into an error, most of the error messages are now formulated more clearly and will help you find a solution right away.
