Good App

Great app for keeping up to date with the schools. Only issue I have is it wont let me add a second school which isnt good for me when I have teo kids at different schools. I used to be able to have two schools on the app but the update isnt allowing me to add the second school I need. I am having to uninstall then reinstall to view the other school. Not very good during this pandemic when kids are not in school and we need to be kept up to date with important information regarding work, going back to school or anything else. Please can the developers fix this problem? I have emailed regarding this issue

We have been working on an app update, but please could you contact us at help@connectustech.com if this is still happening so that we can look into this for you. If you are able to send some screenshots of your device and describe what happens when you try to add more than one school, that would be a great help. I appreciate that you have emailed us but we just want to ensure we have resolved your query.

This app is good I like that the school keeps up with informing parents. What I don’t like is that my child has now left primary school and I am still getting notifications from them even though I have deleted that school.

Good way to get information from the school.

One annoying bug though - if a message is tagged for multiple year groups then it appears multiple times in my feed and needs to be marked as read each time. I have all year groups ticked so I have a better awareness of what's going on across the school, but only need to see these messages once each time.

The messages are sent to each group (selected by the school) once to ensure that everyone (even if they only have one group ticked) receives the message. I do understand your query, but the only way to avoid the messages appearing more than once is to filter the message groups - designed to keep relevant information being received.
