* Black screen issues: Some third party apps prevent screen mirroring. When you try to mirror them, you will just see a black screen on your TV, for example with Netflix and Disney+. This is a restriction chosen by Netflix and others, so we cannot fix it at the moment.

Isnt working

Just downloaded this, not sure if its exclusive to the u.s.a or not but considering the other reviews having the same issue. Maybe this is the problem.. can you look into this? Id rather address issues than demand a refund straight away... ive connected my device to my ipad, it says its connecting, then says “click go to application” instead of shrugging this issue off like its not a problem, could you help me and everyone else who are having the same issue, without just being directed to apple for a refund? Surely this will only help you/your app developers resolve the problem.... if that is simply ignored then your making a false app that doesn’t work to gain a profit for personal gain. Which debatably is fraud... lol no need for mind games or manipulation theres already plenty of that in this world already ;) all the best, i hope i hear from you soon and we can resolve this problem.

This issue often occurs when there is no Receiver app installed on the Roku device.
Please install the Screen Mirroring Roku receiver app on your Roku device. Please note that devices from Now TV, Sky or TVolution are currently not supported by our app.
Please also make sure that your receiver device and your sender device are connected to the same wifi network. Please note that using hotspot/mobile data is not supported by our app.

If this does not solve the issue, please add a few more information:
Please also add information about the sender device (example: iPhone 7 with iOS 11.1) and the receiver device (example Roku model xyz).
Could you send us video clips showing the issue via email (info@screen-mirror.com)?

Poor

Glitchy, time delay and no sound 🤬🤬🤬 Waste of money AVOID
Thanks for the Developer advice however, I have a stable connection and my phone battery was at 100%. My router is reasonably close to my TV and it is not possible or reasonable to start moving routers to get your app to work or to ask me to watch numerous you tube troubleshooting videos. My iPhone is an 11 pro max and the software is bang up to date. Attaching my phone to a blue tooth speaker did produce sound but this also had a time delay and was just as glitchy.
This app does not work as it should and I simply found another app that did …. and without having to take all of the steps you are suggesting I take! My suggestion is that you ensure that your app IS suitable for use by the majority of users as looking at your reviews it clearly is not!

If we would have developed a sound feature, which works effortlessly with every device, we would love to put it in the app. But currently we are still working on the development of such a feature (as stated in our app description). We hope you can understand that. Please connect your smartphone to a Bluetooth speaker to temporarily work around this problem.

Please also try the following options to improve mirroring:
(1) Please make sure you have a stable internet connection (both your iOS device and the receiver device). Please also try to move your wifi access point (or router) nearer to your receiver device and your sender device to improve the signal.
(2) Please make sure that the energy-saving mode of your phone is not activated (the battery percentage of your iOS device should ideally be above 30%). This can lead to incorrect transmission.
(3) Please update your iOS device to the latest version.
(4) Please try to turn off both your iOS and your receiver device completely (pull the plug) and let them cool down for about 5 minutes.
(5) Sometimes a change from 2.4 GHz to 5 GHz internet connection or vice versa helps. Please try this on your device.
(6) Please check out the FAQ inside the app and our troubleshoot videos on YouTube.

i want a refund!

It’s good that there’s no delay like another app. But it keeps on stopping every few minutes. I upgraded to the mirror plus thinking & hoping that it would be better & it will not suddenly stop. To my dismay, the free app was better than the upgraded & I wasted my £2.99. Both apps, sorry to say, are both rubbish, they both just suddenly stops every few minutes which is so annoying! Can I please have a refund? Thanks!
