I paid under £10 for my camera and it was £35 for a year subscription to the seeing app but I’m sure if you add a memory card you don’t even need to subscribe! Audio and imaging is clear, two way microphone system works perfectly in very glad I bought it. I can confidently chin every and DPD for saying they delivered parcel that never arrived .. and I feel so much safer being home alone with my little girl 💖 mines is the T50 and I bought in temu!!!

Yes it does its job I won’t deny that however the subscriptions are rather confusing. I’ve had this for just over a year now. I got a subscription beginning of November last year for a year but when I signed in during June of this year it told me to do another…. It had been so long that I forgot that it was a year that I payed upfront for and just went ahead and did the new one. I got a notification to say my first one is running out last week and I have just realised I have payed twice each month for just over 5 months. This really needs to be labelled much better to not mislead customers. As a student who simply uses these in the kitchen to make sure house mates don’t take others food I don’t have the money to do that, yes I made it work but that was by reducing things and putting of things such as food shop a week to do the subscription. Now knowing I didn’t have to do that is upsetting to me.

Customer service is terrible been talking to Ai that doesn’t understand anything I’m saying not spoke to a real person don’t know if I will get help from a real person , I was told from the person on TikTok selling the camera that the customer service is great and that if you buy more than one camera you can just message the customer service you would receive a discount for the two subscriptions but I’ve been messaging and just getting ignored or sent the same automated message , I’ll wait till my subscriptions finished and the camera will go in the bin the quality of it is rubbish anyway and the camera keeps dying definitely worth saving up and going with ring

Do not waste your money my device goes offline it’s currently been offline all day Ive tried restarting it and re adding the device still not working, when someone is actually at my door it takes upto 10 mins just to load its useless. I’ve ordered a proper ring door bell now this will be getting throw in bin. Update it’s now charging to watch live view you have to subscribe it’s a joke disgusting app
