Sayed was more than helpful and very quick to respond to my many questions. I’d absolutely recommend hiring a car through here.
Worst experience
worst customer service and they make you toss around without any resolution. They confirmed early delivery while taking payment and then hard to get an answer from them once payment is done. There was no call to inform that delivery will be late and lady from reservation asked to to take a taxi if I have to reach airport. Very rude way to deal wit customers. I am shocked to see company like self drive is providing such shameful experience to customers whereas Dubai is thriving for customer experience.
Disingenuous company
The company will try tirelessly to convince you to purchases extras. They will provide you with 1 month only special rate. They will not double check if you want to renew in advance, maybe 24 hours if you are lucky. They take payments without permission. Cars do not arrive on time. After reducing promotional rate, the next month you pay for will be 30%-40% more expensive
