Amazing customer service

Good app with no deposit which you can’t find anywhere else. Also gives you the choice of paying with a debit card unlike other rental companies that ask for a credit card. Initially i rented the car for a week and had it for 2 months without any problems with extending or payments and they also gave me time to make payments
Drove all around Saudi Arabia with no problems

Worst company I have ever felt with.

I called up months ago to ask EZHire to delete the card details of one of my accounts and replace it with my new details. Since then I have contacted the company an additional four times to tell them they no longer have the authority to take money from that account, to please delete the card details and use my new card in the future. However, no matter how many times I tell them they are not authorised to take money from that old account they keep taking money. It’s got to the point where I have stopped using their service and they still keep taking money from the account I have repeatedly told them to remove it from their database. I have informed them that it is illegal to keep taking unauthorised charges from my account. In the end I had to contact the bank and have them block this merchant. I don’t understand what is so difficult for EZ hire to understand. Don’t use their service, there are plenty of other reputable companies in the UAE that offer a far better service.

Avoid them. Absolutely ridiculous levels of incompetence and constant lies. Cannot match a pre booked delivery. Car was delivered more than 3 hours late. These guys are unable to communicate with their own subsections and departments. Tried to switch me from having the car delivered to me picking it up but were sending me to the wrong location. Stick with a reputable international brand or even a random local hire shop where you can see the premises and that the car is there and ready on time.
Non stop promises to look into it, compensate and fix it but none of them followed up. Changing their own decisions and agreed refund amounts and compensation but charging salik super quick while just telling me they’ll look into my complaints and compensate, but conveniently not getting to that. Pick up driver also late and lying multiple times about his distance from me despite me telling him I had a flight to catch.
App is also laggy.
