This is a Padala Business that attracted me to support.. I believe that this is by Maricel Tulfo who belongs to the Family of Raffy Tulfo who love, respect and support the poor people of the Philippines! Raffy with his Wife and Family are so dedicated in helping those Pilipinos who are oppressed, sick,abused by other human all over the World! Watching all The Tulfo Family and Team of dedicated Staff in all the help they do is great and unbelievable ! They are living Saints…God bless this Family and using thisPadala site whose Profit Maricel gives to her Charity is recommended .. my contribution is only little by using this Site monthly but we say ‘every little helps’… mga Kabayan let us use this Sendwave and help Maricel on her very good Charity❤️

Where do I begin?!

This app has great potential, and I hear it works for others. However, in my case, after registering and receiving the confirmation e-mail (twice) notifying me of a successful account set-up, the transfer that I attempted to make was delayed for over two days. The app requested an ID upload which wasn't part of the onboarding journey, and there was no menu option to upload the required ID despite it asking me to upload one. This issue only got resolved after I called their care line, and Carol was super helpful in assisting me in completing the action. The transaction status moved from pending to being processed. It remained so throughout the day until the next day when I got a text notification informing me of an error with the beneficiary account number. I then tried to launch the app (this was on Tuesday), and till now, as of the time of this review, the app has crashes when launched. I checked for any available updates and updated the app, and it still crashes. Speaking with Carol was the only good experience with this service, which is why there is a star in this review. The chatbot feature & response time could be better - if it is out of office hours, it makes sense to notify the user that the agents are out of the office and would respond upon resumption, and not keep them waiting infinitely for “a transfer of the case to an agent”. I would want my account deleted and my data removed from this company's servers.

To my long time Girlfriend

I wouldn’t do business with Sendwave. The customer service was a big disgrace when do few transfer to my girlfriend Nigeria know my girlfriend nearly five year there treat me like a criminal the customer service should be ashamed there self. There was asking very stupid question of security since show my identity do what there ask there even worse them Weston union bank transfer overseas. I was very angry with them there ban me there want old passport which I destroy there really are seriously unbelievable how can get visa if from uk citizen goes Nigeria don’t need a visa if from them there not got a clue if I had my cousin work immigration in uk know the rules more them know. It just very embarrassing really stupid tell me need show if my old passport destroyed silly fool there are there business will goes down soon. Because know my girlfriends in person there think there can stop people family or friend or other business to mess up your business would stay far away from them seriously poor customer service lot of them shouldn’t work in job disgrace silly people work there.
