My end to end experience was seamless. The product was well thought through and it delivers great value and also very affordable. The customer service was also super responsive and helpful.
Additionally the company put customer first. For instance, I dropped off a rented vehicle earlier than I initially booked and Shift is giving me a refund of my used days without any hassle.
