Doesn’t work, no sync

1st sensor applied, and doesn’t pair with the app. It is recognised as already expired. Through facilitation, they recognised the issue and are gonna send another one, but it’s will take another 2 weeks to arrive, and let’s see if it works…
They didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

Very basic, good but could do more

The set up journey is good, data connection seems solid and the dashboard view is great but there very little extra functionality beyond seeing your readings. Would be good to have more options for rolling averages and alerts for ketone level dips but the killer feature I’d like would be data export or sync to google sheets or something
