Description
This app allows iPhone users to directly book and check their taxis with Silsden & Steeton.
Bookings can be made for as soon as possible, or any future date or time. This app allows all bookings to be checked, (even if booked by other methods i.e. by phone) and live tracking allows the location of vehicles to be visible at all times.
Note bookings made for ASAP may depend on availability of vehicles.

Basic app
Apart from tracking the car, there is no difference from booking by text. Card payment seems not to be there, which it would be a big plus!
Worst customer service
I tried to book a taxi for 15 minutes later (bookings within 10 minutes are done ASAP) but it wouldn’t let me and kept saying that I’m booking it for ASAP. So I changed the time to 20 minutes later and called them to change it to 9:55 since instead of 10 since the app wouldn’t let me. The man who spoke to me in the phone was very rude and wouldn’t help me at all and interrupted me saying “it will be there at 10”
Rude and crap service
I used to love this taxi company but some reason these days they are getting very very rude. They never own time when you book now a days and if you questions the operator he’ll be rude and put phone down on you. Crap service not happy anymore
