Useful!

I believe this is a very useful app with the ability to set a prompt (alarm) to remind you to complete your daily card. The app features "zen" style pictures behind the daily log.
I don't, however, feel that the app is particularly pleasing to the eye although that is just my opinion.
I think it is helpful to be able to see the skills I am using and it is a great reminder to see those you may not be taking advantage of. Having used the app for a couple of weeks I imagine that I am using my skills more regularly because they are at the forefront of my mind.
I am also of the opinion that using the DBT cards I am more likely to use other skills which I am not as familiar with since you are shown them every day when you fill it in.
I have not used the printing or emailing features but even the personal use of this app has reinforced the "habit" within me of the DBT skills generally.
I feel this app has given me the ability to build a solid foundation of all DBT skills and will help me to become proficient at using them on a daily basis.

Quite good

This is a good way to keep track of your daily skills and see which ones you have used and which ones you could have used. I really like the explanations and examples as the acronyms can be hard to remember. The notes feature is a good addition too. One thing I did notice is that the skill group titles are labelled incorrectly the headers for distress tolerance and emotional regulation need to be labelled vice versa but this does not prevent the app from being used effectively. One thing I would like to see added to this app would be a fully customisable behaviour diary card where you can tick off daily goals and targets, monitor urges and actions of user specific behaviours and rate emotions from 0-5 like on the marsha linehan diary cards. If this was possible then it would be a massively helpful tool for bpd sufferers and definitely a 5 star app! I hope that it is something the developers can implement into future versions.
