Apple Health integration: Workouts now record to Apple Health automatically, your timer sessions show up alongside the rest of your activity, with heart rate and active energy data. Improved permissions onboarding: New guided recovery if Apple Health permissions get out of sync, with one-tap re-request from Watch settings. Landscape mode on iPhone: Use the timer in landscape for a wider view. Tap the rotate icon to enable it. Watch settings cleanup: Streamlined the configuration screen, fewer redundant buttons, faster to set up your timer. Reliability improvements: A long list of under-the-hood fixes, more accurate pause/resume timing, smoother countdown haptics, fewer dropped Watch Remote commands, and rock-solid background workout tracking with the screen off.
