Great way to find and go to an event

Quick easy and clear. Also it’s a great way to find out what’s going on around the UK. Absolutely love it. Quick Scan tickets is fab too don’t have to wait for paper tickets just easy access on the app with no fuss and all this for a small fee. I Always recommend this. Keep it simple don’t change a thing! Peace!

CUSTOMER SERVICE? THERE IS NONE!

Poor show all round. App forever kicking you out and password not recognising. When you book & manage to get your tickets heaven help you if the event doesn’t go ahead and is cancelled. Then the app doesn’t give you the option to request refund as it suggests. Contacting customer service by phone if you ask to raise complaint there is no set timeframe to be dealt with. My manager is on holiday and there’s no one else to speak to and ‘we’re just the middle man and do not have funds to refund’. No call backs attempted to discuss in over a week and then a surprise chat reply via app that vanish and don’t save once read. Email direct from event states everyone will be refunded in full once their insurance refund settles and an update within fourteen days. Skiddle chat reply part refund and keeping booking fee. So much for the no funds in the purse and having to wait however long it takes. Conflict of info and never dealt with anything like this ever. Will never use again ever no matter who uses them as they quote ‘middle man’.

Ad filled garbage

The reason you have to force customers to download your nightmare of an app to access their tickets is because no-one would willingly subject themselves to the nightmare of pop ups, demands for notifications and constant begging to have access to personal information.

I wouldn’t have bought tickets to the event had I known, and will never buy tickets to one of your events again, because, and I can’t emphasise this enough, dealing with your app is only slightly preferable to letting ten ravenous ferrets unfettered access to the insides of my trousers. Even then, once the ferrets have had their pound of flesh, they won’t be emailing me in desperation for another go.

And yes, I know I could have paid an additional 10% of the ticket price to avoid the app, and have you WhatsApp me the tickets but you did not properly disclose that the vagaries of email were beyond your comprehension at that point in the transaction.

The final straw was when I minimised your app and got on with my life, only to have a pop up appear over my browser from your app warning me that unauthorised copies of tickets might get my tickets cancelled. Gee, thanks. I couldn’t figure that out for myself. I really needed you to interrupt my day with an unsolicited pop up over the app I was using to tell me that. (Against the App Store T&C’s fyi, it’s strictly forbidden to override the users focus)
