Simple to use …but
I’ve had this app for ages, and thought my life was going to be made easier once the points got automatically added when you added the link your card feature but for some reason my points DO NOT get added. I have been been emailing Emirates Customer services for weeks now and none emails are going back and forth and my points are still not being added. I have 3 cards linked to the account and have no problem with the ENBD card only my HSBC one! Why ???
