Dreadful! Wasted all morning trying to put wheel claim through and like previous reviews, system kept going round and round and would not progress claim at point of illustration of where damage was on car! Will be making formal complaint, as now been holding on the telephone for a response for 15 minutes already, and still holding!!

I can only assume this app has had a major overhaul since all the negative reviews. I was skeptical, in light of all the negative reviews, but decided to give it a chance. I’m not a tolerant or patient man, but neither was tested. Dead easy to make a claim and I got an email update the following day. A brilliant experience so-far.

App doesn’t even load!

As a paying customer for insurance I expect the app to at least load.. you click on it and it comes up with a white screen. Even when you open App Support on the App Store it comes up with a company that doesn’t refer to the app. Complete waste of time, shows how much interest they show in their customer experience. Shocking.

Managed to get one claim through where they came and fixed is am guessing because once you do one claim there’s no going back! Get ever get on to the app and then when you do you send all the photo with a measuring tape clear as day for then to then email you that they ‘can’t see the damage’ and to send more photos! Total joke !
