We received delivery of our kitchen, units already build up, one of the end panels was very damaged, how it ever got out of the factory like that I do not know, and there was also another unit door with a chip in it. this held up the fitting because we could not continue until we got a replacement panel. Also one of the tall cupboards had no door fitted and no hinges supplied, and 2 of the 3 drawer cabinets had no doors either. All had to be ordered, which again held up the fitting. Also one of the base drawer cabinets was damaged, however as it would not be seen we have decided just to fit it. When the tall cupboard door was delivered it was an entirely different size and style of door, someone somewhere obviously received our door, so had to be ordered again…. Eventually we have now received all the proper doors (3 weeks after original delivery). But still no hinges, so door cannot yet be fitted. Because we had to wait for the new end panel it meant we had to cancel the worktop fitting meeting, and remake a new appointment. Trying to get through on the phone to wrens is near impossible, 30 mins waiting time, I have not yet managed to speak to anyone. I am very disappointed, as I went with wrens as they had been recommended by a friend. Sadly I would not recommend them, there quality control needs to be tightened up. But on the plus side I do love the style of kitchen I have chosen.

We downloaded this App when we ordered our new kitchen. It’s been helpful to look at updates and quickly find some documentation as we’ve proceeded through the journey to our kitchen. We have now received and are well into the installation of the kitchen and awaiting the worktops to be fitted. The app has been useful for looking at installation guides and ordering replacement parts with real ease. There are some niggles with dead ends when looking at instructions and having to come completely out of the app when you select the wrong guide as there is no back button. There’s also room for more to be on there such as messaging in relation to deliveries or appointments. Overall it’s been. Wry handy to have. We are still working towards our finished kitchen so I cannot judge it right to the end but happy so far.

We researched a number of companies and decided to purchase a Wren Kitchen. We are really pleased with the customer support from beginning to end. Wren’s App provided a very helpful customer journey of what I needed to expect in the timeline. Simon Innes at Derby branch was excellent with the redesign of my kitchen-top man! One of the cabinet’s did not come with shelves, one call to Wren, had the missing shelves delivered the next day! The photo illustration provided helped to visualise what the new kitchen could look like as their IT software used helps with design and graphics. From purchase to installation has been hastle free and this is not my usual experience with other companies. I’m so glad we decided to go with Wren and believe that Wren are what the say ‘on the tin’. Plus the interest free offer is the ‘icing on the cake’!

From the moment we stepped into the Hemel showroom we have been very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of everyone we have dealt with at Wren. Farrukh was our first point of call and he helped us choose the most suitable kitchen for us with ideas and suggestions to help us make the best informed choices. We added the app straight away and so have been able to track our order and use it to keep up to date with proceedings and to order a couple of missing items. Delivery went smoothly and when a couple of items were missing they were sent straight away and together with the App and customer service made this very straightforward. The quality and price of the units are of a high standard and we are delighted with our new kitchen.
