What I mean by this is all the products in the store that you guys have that you do sell in the store should be put on the app every single item. Every single brand should be put on the actual app for those that are like housebound or for those that are autistic so when they go, they know what they’re looking for, and for those that need help use the online online can be put online and I think certain items they have should be able to put down an easy repeat. It should be easy to do all of the products should be the same if that makes sense so that those that like sand for me like my gerbils should be on an easy light order where you can order every week or every year it doesn’t give you the option like to add like once a year or twice a year or once every 12 years they should have stuff like that as an option as well that way they’re so going to the shopping and get their stuff but they can do it online as well for those are needing it. Thank you for your patience to the people that make this app to actually read this and take the time I am not, asking for a response but I hope they take my opinions and view on this to try and make this better

This app used to be good but now it takes forever to load most times it won’t work. It also tells me I have 4 notifications and when I finely log in I have 1 or none 🤷🏻♂️.I used to get some really good discount on AVA dry food and always took full advantage of it even if I didn’t need it but for some reason all I now get is rubbish offers for fish or other pets that I don’t have. What good is fish food for my dog get real guys. I’m going to go back to my old supplier as I always get discount no matter what I order. I will have to go back to a different brand but royal can Is still very good. I fell like I have been lead in and now you feel I’m a forever customer so I don’t matter YOUR WRONG SO WRONG I spend hundreds of ££ in your shop and get very little back our las spends very little and she gets loads of good offers on her app also in the post. Treat everyone the same or don’t treat anyone to anything from what was a loyal customer BUT NO LONGER IS

I am disappointed that despite spending well over a £50 on pet food in store and giving my phone to the store assistant to scan the bar codes on the app to redeem my vouchers instead of using my paper ones as usual because sadly they had fallen out of my pocket somewhere and got lost in the store whist I was shopping so had to download the app in the queue quickly I was refused the use of my £4.50 off of £50 spending because I had downloaded the app instead so could only use a couple of the single discount vouchers for particular products I had bought and the percentage discount for downloading the app but was not told this until I asked why it was not deducted when I checked the receipt. I always use the paper vouchers and they are all deducted from my bill no problem so long as I have purchased the correct requirements and products but apparently not today. I feel like I have been punished for using the app now because I didn’t get as much discount as I would have done with my paper vouchers and wish I had just run back around the store to look for my lost vouchers instead of just downloading the app to try and get out of the store quickly because they were about to close soon and I didn’t want to cause any delays for them. I am now going to delete this app and never use it again as absolutely ridiculous I am also now going to try and shop elsewhere for my pets food and only buy it in pets at home if I have too now. I have been a regular customer in pets at home for years although they are not the cheapest place to go they are convenient to get to but now I have just lost faith in them. Customers are supposed to be valued not punished for using a store and a voucher is supposed to be a reward for being loyal not a ripoff in whatever form it is presented electronically or paper

I’m not normally one to post negative feedback but I have to say something about my experience. Tried to use the app to report my cat missing. Neither the photo nor any of the notes & details I added came through into the alerts. It kept switching the photo of my lost cat with that of my other cat. So if the photo had loaded people would have been looking for the wrong cat. After four web chats and a phone call, I was eventually told you have to wait several hours for pet details to load before you can use the report missing function. Do they not realise that every hour that passes makes it less likely he will be found? Was promised someone would email me to work it out but nobody did. Nor did I receive the promised transcript of the chat.It’s now 3 days since my first attempt to get this fixed and it’s still not working. All the “we’re so sorry your pet is missing” in the world won’t bring him home.I notice several earlier reviews saying the report missing function doesn’t work and all the recent reviews are very poor - mostly one star. Pets at Home must be aware that the function doesn’t work as it should so why don’t they fix it - or remove it. Giving the owners of lost pets false hope is just plain cruel.
