Description
Our app provides you with a new way to book appointments and manage your pet’s health needs with Vet4Pets. The Vets4Pets app is currently available at a limited number of practices.
If you are already a Vets4Pets client, simply register on the app, link your account, and you will have access to your pet’s history as well as a range of other great features.
If you’re new to Vets4Pets then simply download and register today through the app. We always recommend you book an initial health check on the app so that we can get to know you and your pet.
Get Started:
- Register with a Vets4Pets practice – whether you are an existing, or new client, register with a practice through the app.
- Register new pets – you can register new pets with your practice through the app, we recommend an initial health check when adding a new pet.
- Personalise your app – add a photo or bio of your pet for that personal touch
- Book Appointments – whether you need a vet consult or to book your annual boosters, the app will allow you to book appointments direct with your registered practice.
- Cancel Appointments – if you need to cancel an appointment you can do so on the app, letting us know you won’t be attending.
- Update personal details – If you are moving address, or have a new phone number, keep us in touch by updating our records through the app.
- Receive the latest pet advice and offers – with the app inbox, you’ll receive the latest offers and advice tailored to your pet’s needs.
- Find emergency contact details – If you have an emergency in or out of hours, find emergency contact details at a click of a button.
We regularly check our App Store review pages and listen to your feedback to make positive changes.

Brida
We was told by our daughter, if you’re going to get a veterinary Practice for our Brida, then go to Vets4pets Colchester at Tollgate, and what great advice that was, the staff was so accommodating & when it came to explaining pet plans, insurance etc etc we walked out of there with total peace of mind. Thank you to all the staff & especially to Johan the Vet, who checked Brida over and really made us feel that all our questions was answered. Also I would like to say what an awesome app, to be able to see all that our Brida’s history, visits, medication, appointments, etc etc is absolutely awesome. Customer service is fantastic, we made a query at 4pm and got an instant reply by 4.30pm by telephone call.
So for Vets4pets it’s a 10/10 from us.

Fantastic work keep it going this practice
Pointless
I have moved from one Vets4Pets to another branch and there is literally no way to change the registration. It has been this way for at least two years, that’s two years or more with no way to change basic details. That’s a major fail and makes the app entirely pointless.
Also a security concern, having deleted and reinstalled the app, and set up from scratch again, it remembers my home address and pre populates it. Will it still do that if I pass my phone to someone else? Is it using the unique phone id to populate my address????
