Not bad couple of flaws
Found that navigation arrows work in opposite directions and to move arrow is a bit slow.
Cheaper than an actual remote
I was looking for something that would save me having to constantly get the remote for the TV out (we have to hide it from the little ones). There are other apps out there but this was the only one that appears to have the full functionality of the standard remote and actually work at the same time! £3.99 for the full remote to be unlocked is a little more pricey that I’d hoped but seeing as there wasn’t much in the way of options then so be it. Ironically - the app actually appears to be more responsive than the actual remote which is a bonus too!!! Overall a well made app and the minor issue I had in the beginning was responded to very quickly by the developer.
Happily paid for pro version!
I must give this a solid review. I tried loads of remote apps and those that connected were full of ads - which I didn't mind as long as I could test it - because I was willing to pay pro for the right app. However all these apps came up shorts. Poor GUIs, limited features, not very responsive etc...
But this one ticks all the boxes. I tested it with ads, its responsive, looks nice and clean, has all the features such as a keyboard, I immediately paid for the pro version.
Don't bother with the rest of them with poor spelling on the GUI (puts me off right away) - get this one. It'll do everything you need it to.
