Hi guys just like to say a massive thank you for all your hard work and support, I’m 49 and I’ve had many alcohol detox’s since the age of 30, I started drinking at 13 my longest lasting 9 months I did that 3 times, my shortest I drank on my last day of my medication, I’m a bricklayer by trade and its always been a big part of the construction industry in the uk, or it used to be I just carried on, I always got to a stage when I was sober that I could drink normally again never realising I never drank normally, anyway I’m babbling on I always thought I could do it on my own and that I didn’t need AA or anything else I’ve tried them all but to be fair my heart was never in it, I nearly died 3 months ago so I booked myself into rehab and meet some amazing people who have become good friends, I’ve realised I need like minded people and that I need to open up, so thank you guys, I know I’m not alone 👍🏻

Very encouraging

This app allows you to hear from others that are going through the same/similar things to you. It’s nice to be able to chat to others without being judged. It’s like a little “sober encouraging” social media. Sometime talking to loved ones and friends is hard. This allows you to chat to people with similar struggles to yourself. Highly recommend

Best app

Probably the best sober app I’ve used, so motivational and to see everyone interact and support each other is amazing, it helps even more to have a community of people who understand almost exactly what your going through and how difficult it can be to stay sober, thank you so much for this app it really does help on the worst days!
