Wow, just what I was looking for!!
I’ve just packed in the booze and this app is absolutely brilliant and trust me I can be a moody sod and hard to please at the best of times, however this app is really brilliantly laid out, easy to navigate, loads of good information everywhere you look, I could go on and on and end up boring my self, but if you have had enough of drinking to excess or you just want to lay off the booze for a good while like me then give this app a try, you won’t be disappointed!
This app has literally made it possible to live age.
Apps promise so much these days and it is rare to find one that delivers. I have been using this now for five months and it’s like a friend who pays me on the back each and every day, then throws me a virtual party when I hit a milestone. Addiction recovery is hard and this app is not a cure all, but it allows to to track your progress. It does not preach or complain if you get things wrong, it is there for you everyday.
Helps to boost mood
Really good little app, shows how many calories that have been saved. This is great if your trying to lose weight!
