Great app with a modern design that keeps you coming back for more. Interesting content is easy to find on soho events, cool members to connect with and booking options. Wish more apps were as fun to use as this one!
House pay - why are discretionary service charge not discretionary?
Generally huge fan of the app and love using house pay any time possible, however I struggle to understand why I can’t remove the discretionary service charge in the app, as I find it a bit odd to pay service if I pick a bottle of water in the bar myself, or when I have to serve the drinks myself because the house are overly busy, seems like a miss from my perspective.
Useable and engaging
Love the app, it’s well curated and updated very frequently, which keeps me coming back, however It’s failed to link my bedroom bookings twice now, which is unfortunate as I then have to refer back to confirmation emails. Only a small gripe but could feel a bit sleeker
