The app wasn’t anywhere near perfect before the May 2023 update but it has now got even worse. The daily Consumption figure is now fixed at 1kWh (our usual is 8kWh), what’s worse is it has applied this retrospectively to all data before the update - useless! The Generation data has lost the breakdown of how much went to battery and how much was used in the house, even more useless. Finally, from a user-interface point of view, it used to show you a percentage of peak performance of your relay - this is now stuck at 0.01% even in glorious sunshine. It also used to show you the rough amount of battery charge and solar performance of your relay on the home page via a circle round each category (Total Yield, Total Charge, Today to Grid, Today Consumption). This was also lost on the latest update and I cannot fathom why. I hope the big fixes were worth it because I feel we’ve taken a step to 5yrs ago with everything else. The app has gone from rough but useable to unsteady and unreliable. Not a great improvement.

We have a solar pv system with a solid inverter and Puredrive 2 battery, until recently it told us how much the battery had charged / discharged and what self use we had done. Really useful. But the last few days it started not showing the usage stats at all - intermittently- only showing generation power - and although that seems to have been fixed in recent update it now seems to have stopped properly recording battery figures in the monthly stats. Yesterday it said we used 4 kWh all direct use but in fact it was half direct and half via charge / discharge on the battery. Also in the monthly view the entire figures for 14th and 15th feb are gone - so says nothing happened at all -when we certainly did use energy and generate and store - the detail is still visible on the daily view graphs (if not in the summary) what is going on?

Until a recent “upgrade”, below the snapshot of “real time” data, there was a chart that told you how much you had generated that day and how much of that you had used/exported. There was something similar for how much you had used and how much of that you had generated/imported. Why did that disappear? Without that it’s impossible to look back and see how much you generated (or used) on a particular day.
Overall, the app needs significant improvement for domestic users. I would also like it to differentiate between charging my battery from solar and charging it from the grid. Last time I charged from the grid, it included the amount imported for battery charging as generation. That is completely unhelpful!
