Hands down the best booking system I have used and believe you me I’ve been through enough to say this is the final stop for me. The customer service alone is something that should really be acknowledged the teams competency is A*. Rider the CEO is very responsive and helped me to open my calendar up for a year (I hope everyone will be able to have this) Alex the chief tech manager is brilliant takes concerns on board and executes them. Katrina and Sen are also advisers and are there every step of the way to help. The booking system is the most user friendly on both sides I have experienced. I have received ample feedback from my clients who love the look of this website fusion booking system. The social media posts that the app creates your for is a touch no other has. I could go on about how brilliant this app is and the only way to find out is to download it and see for yourself ! Again thank you to everyone from Solo that has helped my business excel with a professional touch and look! Worth every penny ! :)

I have been using the booking platform since it launched and have found that it has become invaluable to me. It doesn’t just save me time it makes life so much easier for my clients. There’s no messaging back and forth it’s all simple quick and easy. I was a bit nervous about using this to begin with but I have noticed that my clients are actually booking more treatments through the website than just their usual treatments. It’s really quick and simple to set up, looks brilliant, has loads of functionality and most importantly easy for my clients to navigate from the link I send them. It’s so easy to plan my diary for secret spa availability as well as my at home beauty business in one place. I can even make sure I block out time to collect my son from nursery every day so I’m never worrying about getting there on time or diary clashes ! I now have clients booking months ahead and it so much more professional than than chasing back and forth with messages. Love love love it.

Using Solo is an all in all an outstanding app for freelancers that need help managing their schedule on a daily basis. Not only that but it helps you to book clients in easily by allowing you to create your own website(which only takes a few minutes to make)! The website has a stats section and for me this is a amazing way of showing me my progression and success! Secondly it’s great for the environment as it’s paper free because you have your own consultation form pre-made for you! The part that I love the most is the pre-made emails (for example… ‘booking confirmed’ ‘booking completed’ also ‘online payment’) it sends out to your clients to help both you and your client have a successful booking and you don’t have to stress about taking deposits or chasing the client for the full amount as it’s all done via online payment. There is everything you need in one app and it couldn’t have been better and easier!
