Description
SRAM AXS app connects to your smart devices, enabling personalization of your bike - and ride. That includes configuring components the way you want, keeping a close eye on battery levels and exploring cross-category integrations. (Dropper post with a drop bar groupset? No problem!)
AXS app allows you to control and learn from your bike, bringing new levels of interaction with AXS enabled components. Wake the bike and let it tell you if it is ready to ride based on the battery and pressure levels. The more you know, the more you learn, the more you love.

What’s New
Version 2.23.0
A new feature displays available firmware updates on the bike card. AXS riders can now see when updates become available, even when they are away from their bike. A streamlined firmware recovery process has also been integrated into the bike card. Components clearly indicate their status and riders are guided through the firmware recovery process. It’s now easier than ever to keep your bike up to date with the lastest features and functionality of AXS!
This release also includes a bug fix for “Ready to Ride” status not updating correctly and general platform improvements.

Since the update 07/23
I have axs xo1 groupset on my bike and it worked fire then all of a sudden it started running slow on the downshifts. That aside the app done an update and delated my rear mech out my bike prifile 🤷♂️ added again with not much issue.
The app it's self since the update looks crap your bike profile looks janky ans you can't see stuff as easily. Think the old app was far nicer to use and look at this new one looks like a downgrade for sure

No issues so far
I set up / paired by SRAM components manually, starting with the derailleur and working across others. I found a few good videos online and did this first after unboxing new bike. Its super easy pressing the small buttons on each component. I then used this app out on the road to adjust settings and it’s been no problem. I would recommend these steps to see if it solves a lot of the negative reviews I’ve seen here. Love the option of tailoring your gears via a dedicated app in your pocket. Being an early adopter can sometimes mean a few bugs to endure, but the upside is having functionality like this which will become the norm in a few years.
Can’t update firmware or have seat post and gears on the same bike
I have to say I’m very happy with function of the products themselves but the app is so frustrating and doesn’t work! I’ve spent the last week trying to update the firmware in my rear mech with no joy and every time I try to pair me seat post and mech to the same bike it keeps telling me I can only have one system per bike. It really shouldn’t be this hard and considering the cost of the components I would expect this part of the system to work flawlessly. I’m really not happy seeing as I can’t use the system to the full promised potential. I feel like I’ve been ripped off and sold a lie
