You must be registered for Standard Life online servicing to use the app. You’ll need your Standard Life user ID and password when you first login to the app, but can then choose to set a passcode or fingerprint if your device allows. Register via the app or online at www.standardlife.co.uk.
The Standard Life app is not available for WRAP products and Aberdeen Standard Capital customers.
Some With Profits Policies, along with some of our ISA, Bonds and Investment Fund products cannot be viewed.
Payments and withdrawals*
Not all products support payments through the app and you may be prompted to contact us or your employer if you have a workplace pension. Increased regular payments will come from the bank account that you have set up with us.
When making payments, topping up or amending a regular payment it’s important to note that investment returns aren't guaranteed. The value of your investment can go down as well as up and may be worth less than you paid in.
If you are already taking an income from your Active Money Personal Pension (AMPP) or your Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) you can now view these withdrawals within our app.

It's nice and easy to use, user friendly. Works well, never had an issue. The only feature I am missing is a statistic of your investment growth. You can see how much your investment growth is on a standard web interface but not in this app. Let's hope the developers of the app will add this simple calculations in with next update. Otherwise all good!
UPDATE: Since the last update to version 2.0.12 there is no graphics report on performance history of the funds. One of the best features is missing 👎

Hi Bumblebee 65. Your investment growth figure is now available in the app. You'll also find your fund's past performance graph by tapping 'View Details' on your Pensions/Savings tab and selecting the fund you're interested in. We hope you enjoy our latest release. Thanks.
Not linked to Website Account
I have given 3 stars only because the app does not actually link to my Standard Life website account, I need different login credentials to access each process, otherwise I would have given the app 5 stars as I find it very easy to navigate and use.
I have contacted Standard Life about this because when trying to access my account via my Desktop PC on their website with my Vaulted Login Credentials I had saved and always used, were not recognised, the only way for me to access it on my Desktop PC via Website was for me to change my password, resulting in having Two different logins for my One Standard Life Account. Hopefully their IT department can sort this Login error between the Two different application. I do find this to be very strange as I do not seem to have this kind of issue with any other application logins like LinkedIn / Twitter / Instagram where I can use same Login credentials regardless of operating system?
Been with Standart Life for a wile and no complains so far in regards to the app its no more than amazing am not very professional on computers and even then its so easy to understand whats going on with your investment its straight forward very easy to navigate and if you want any changes its no problem too as standart life has a brilliant customer servise and most importantly its a name you can trust witch is very important especially this days when so many cowboys on the market so i sleep very well knowing my money with them so overall it all perfect
