MyAviva is the simple way to view and manage your Aviva insurance, savings and investment policies in one place, whenever and wherever you want. If you’ve already set up an Aviva account online, just enter your username and password in the app to log in. The app supports facial recognition and fingerprint login, so you can access your account even more quickly and easily, and there's the option to activate 2-Step Verification to add another layer of security to our customer accounts.

If you are new to Aviva you can easily register a new account, and if you forget your login details it’s easy to retrieve and reset them to make sure you keep your personal information safe and secure.

Once you’re set up, depending on the products you have in your account you’ll be able to:

- Get all the important details of your Aviva pension
- View insurance cover and renewal dates
- Access policy documents
- Find out how to make a claim
- Check your investment portfolio
- Get access to existing customer offers

Thanks for continuing to send us your feedback since we launched a major update to our MyAviva app. We've been busy making more improvements to our experience and act on every piece of feedback that we receive.

In this update:

- We've made improvements to the accessibility of our search and form fields. An improved experience for customers zooming in to increase text size will follow in our next update.
- We've increased the font size of fund values on the homepage cards for Pensions to check performance at a glance.
- Products close to renewal are now shown first on the homepage.
- We've made over 70 other minor updates to fix bugs and optimise performance.

MyDrive issues

The new Aviva app is now working really well for finance items. But the potentially best new feature “MyDrive” just fails to deliver accurate results. I continuously get warnings for harsh braking and acceleration, when in reality my dash cam tracking clearly shows no speed changes. I’m convinced it’s down to my phone momentarily loosing an accurate GPS fix. Sometimes it’s clear in MyDrive that it lost position info because the map shows my vehicle position in the middling a field adjacent to the road. When accurate data becomes available the car shows sudden massive acceleration from midway across a field to back on the road. Surely MyDrive needs to sensibly be able to (a) apply basic vehicle physics to how fast it can accelerate (b) understand what is clearly bad data.
The MyDrive concept is a brilliant idea which I use all the time. It does have the potential to save fuel consumption and improve your driving habits but it’s frustrating the MyDrive app logic is so poorly implemented.
A final point to laugh at is, it’s amazing how low a journey score you can get when riding on the top deck of a double decker bus on country roads (obviously one I happily say it wasn’t me driving😀)

Awful (Pension Info) App

Where to begin? * App takes forever to start up. * App is not really intuitive. * Top section of the app is taken up with advertising for discounts off car insurance, home insurance, etc. I don't want to purchase any further services from Aviva, and can't dismiss the advertising banner. It takes up unnecessary space from pension information I really want to see. * The pension info is broken down into 2 main "sections" - A "Pension" section and an "Investments" section. Not really sure why my company pension is classed as a "pension" and my SIPP is classed as as an "investment". * The company pension info is poor. It would be really good to have some simple line charts, stats, etc. to see how the fund has performed over x period rather than just a flat fund value. These should be displayed as standard rather than having to click into them. * The SIPP pension info is poor. It's not easy to see what proportion of my investment is in cash and what proportion is actually invested. It would be really good to have some simple line charts, stats, etc. to see how the fund has performed over x period rather than just a flat fund value. These should be displayed as standard rather than having to click into them. * The app needs to be better formatted for mobile use. When investing in my SIPP, the app tells me it might not be able to complete the process properly if doing this via a mobile device. Developers - Please make some much needed improvements - Soon!

Absolutely unusable

From the very first moment this new “sales”orientated app replaced the original, it has been nothing but trouble. Yes it loads and looks very user friendly, great if I want to buy a product, but very unpredictable if I want to see my two pensions and ISA investment.
From day one I could not see any of details within my account, this was rectified after several months of emails and promises that it will be fixed.. the ISA performance is still not available and I think it’s now been over a year..
After the current update of this app, it’s like Russian Roulette if I can get any information on the balance of my accounts.
FYI I am using iPhone 6s Plus and IPad Air2 both with latest updates, in addition I also have the same issue when using safari web browser on iMac..
please can you update me on when this will be rectified.
