An annual health check helps you take control by identifying potential health risks. You also have quick access to the clinical expertise of qualified, experienced practitioners when you need them.

So, you can look forward to a healthier future by looking after yourself today.

Aviva DigiCare+ offers a range of complimentary health and wellbeing benefits provided by carefully selected partners (some optional benefits may incur a charge). It’s available to customers who have taken out an Aviva personal protection policy (excluding Simple Life Insurance) through a financial adviser.

What’s included with the Aviva DigiCare+ app?
- Annual health check: A test for 20 different health markers for the following risk areas; diabetes, liver, kidney, bone, gout, proteins and cholesterol
- Nutrition support: Advice on improving your eating habits as part of a healthier lifestyle
- Bupa Anytime Healthline: Everyday health support with unlimited phone calls 24/7, 365 days a year
- Mental health support: Expert consultations and advice that’s tailored for you
- Second medical opinion: Get another expert medical opinion on your diagnosis and treatment plan
- Bereavement support: Practical and emotional help during those difficult times when a loved one passes away
- Physiotherapy consultations: To help get you back after injury as quickly as possible (available to customers with an Aviva Income Protection+ policy)
- Digital GP: An optional extra service offering online GP consultations, available to customers who purchased a personal protection product after 7th December 2020. Please note, there is a cost for this service if chosen.

Weekend saviour

This service has been so perfect for me this weekend. Getting tonsillitis, at the weekend, when gps are closed is so frustrating. I didn’t want to have to sit in a walk in centre for hours, feeling unwell, so being able to book a private online GP appointment , and have my symptoms discussed and a prescription written in just 10 minutes was amazing

I don’t normally review but I downloaded and setup the app prior to reading the other reviews so thought I should comment. I had no issues setting up fairly simple and I haven’t noticed it being overly slow in use. I’ve switched between various settings etc and had a look around only missing a star as I haven’t used anything from digicare yet so can’t comment on that and how easy that is to get through.

Way better than expected

I believe this app is now doing what it should and that all the early reviews were when there were major teething problems.
I have just set it up and it took less than 5 minutes
