Great Articles Month after Month
I’ve really enjoyed this subscription. It continues to provide up to date articles on the various Heritage Railways while addressing issues that affect all Heritage Railway enthusiasts.
Fantastic magazine but awful, awful app.
This app has more bugs than a bushtucker trial. I subscribe to two digital magazines, one via Pocketmags and Steam Railway via this app. Pocketmags works flawlessly probably 98% of the time. Steam Railway on the other hand, is a lottery. Sometimes the app won’t load, sometimes it’ll open but I can’t view my library, sometimes I can see the latest issue but it won’t actually open, and most frequently of all, I’ll be reading an article, tap to go to the next page and it just shows a blank white page - it’s failed to load. The page after is usually fine again but the blank page won’t load unless I re-load the app… but that brings the risk of any of the above bugs appearing. It’s very, very annoying which is a shame because the magazine itself is undoubtedly excellent.
