Kiosk Mode: StonePad’s on-site clock-in system streamlines workforce and visitor management. Workers can sign in using the site’s Kiosk QR code, or use their personal QR code for a faster check-in. Every worker and staff check-in includes a built-in health check, while visitors can sign in easily by entering their details. Fully connected to the HR and Projects modules, every check-in is automatically synced to the right employee and project, giving you accurate, real-time site attendance and project records.
Safety Module: View your workplace action plan, create and manage RAMS, risk assessments, COSHH assessments, inspections, permits, CDM forms, first aid needs assessments, first aid kit inspections, fleet management with DVLA integration, water inspections, fire & lighting inspections and toolbox talks
Workplace Module: Close the gap to compliance, by migrating your paper copies and different systems into 1 solid platform that allows your workforce to see important events, see tasks, and find critical documents. Manage your workforce, staff users, sub contractor assessments, company newsletters, company files and a shared calendar. Additionally you can carry out inductions using new starter forms.
Projects Module: Project management, JCT equivalent contracts, site management, site survey and hired items management.
HR Module: Accident investigation, annual leave, timesheets and policy creation
Training Module: Track workforce training, qualifications and compliance requirements. Allow staff to carry out a DSE assessment within the app.
Sales Module: Manage leads, quotes and sales activity alongside supplier management and purchase orders. Connect to Zapier and StonePad will fetch any leads into the system.
