Really good, but too expensive

Love the exercises, but hate the price. 3 days are free and there’s some good CBT exercises. I would be interested in buying this but it would be great if it was made more accessible x

This app is really helpful for me and most likely for everyone

I had a lot of bad thoughts about how none of my friends haven’t answered me in almost a whole day only one of my friends answered my streaks then I asked, are you okay? She still hasn’t answered and on top of that there’s homework as well which is also quite bothering to deal with. And I also know at same time I know the might be busy but, I, texted one of my friend since this morning and she still hasn’t answered my text yet it didn’t even say ‘seen’ and none of my friends have replied to my texts. Which is worrying me a lot because they don’t take that long for them to answer, then again, they could be having a bad day and the usually text me about it and they say “Kaelah you’re a very good friend to have” and I do believe it most of the time and I text them when I’m sad and they just automatically answer even when I’m not but this is breaking my heart they all know that when I don’t text there is probably something wrong but I’ll always remember to forget the past and focus on the present. I know it is a difficult thing sometimes but I always hear that it’s for the best to focus on the present not the past, which I do get the past has already happened and we can’t change the past so we’ll have to try and forget about it.

Great top up!!

Thank you so much for making this available. As someone who has had one on one CBT I can highly recommend this app. It is very similar to face to face sessions and is extremely helpful and practical. Stick with it and come out the other side a happier, lighter human being. As with any subject we learn we’re prone to forget. So this app is perfect whether you’ve had CBT before or not.
Thank you again for making this available at a time when we don’t feel comfortable making appointments. Happiness is just a tap away.
