Important to consider

I can’t stress enough the importance of stretching before and after any and all activities.
With this app you don’t need to remember a stretch routine or have a yoga/personal trainer with you or try to work out what muscle groups you are using.
It does what you need when you need it by applying the “KISS” principle: Keep It Simple Stupid.
