I’ve always found the App to be a great way of shopping at Stuart’s my clothes & shoes have always arrived the next day after purchase. Always well packed & I for one have had no problems with my purchases. I happen to be fortunate enough to live locally to the store, so returns for me are never a problem. A First Class Service from a great company
Great independent store
I went to the store, they didn’t have my item in stock. The gentleman took my order on the Saturday; I had the item on the Tuesday. It would have been Monday, but Monday was a bank holiday. Took the item back two weeks later, and exchanged for different size/model, excellent service. Oh yes, and because it was a bank holiday; they had a 15% off promotion. Then they repeated the promotion on Fathers Day weekend!
