I purchased a large cake tin as I had made a mistake in the size, the angel’s on the end of the phone line were so very helpful and professional nothing seemed to faze them. It’s so reassuring to know that you can speak to a person/ angel and get your problem sorted quickly and efficiently with no stress.
10/10 for customer service and very happy with my replacement.
App issues when paying
Everything from this company has been great, but the app seems to have a problem when trying to pay, I can get to the PayPal login screen but then the app closes and I end up going to the website and adding everything to my basket again and paying via there, defeats the point of having an app! Please can we have an update to fix this bug as I love ordering from you! If it weren’t for this the app would get 5 stars as it’s great in every other way!
Fabulous
Have ordered a few times no problems arrives early sometimes, only problem I had was with Hermes left parcel outside behind the bin and it was raining hard never told me it was there, and the items got soaked as the box was soaking would definitely order again but let’s hope not raining
