George as a whole is great but the app needs constant updating/fixing coz the bugs seem to be constant! Like right now the wishlist isn’t updating to remove out of stock items, I’ve got items that were out of stock since Christmas 2024 still in my wishlist. This seems to be a reoccurring problem as I have had this issue before and it cleared now it’s happening again. Also why sometimes when you are looking at an item and you press the back button instead of it taking you back to the previous page it takes you all the way back to the beginning and you have to select all your options again just to go back to view items.

I’ve had this app a good while and it’s really handy to order all is well until you go out the app then every time you go back you have to type all your log in details although I have clicked on remember me that feature doesn’t seem to work there is no Face ID available either so annoying if your going in and out of the app to maybe add things to the order or trying to check things a few times please do something about this because otherwise it would be 5 stars

Same as the Asda groceries app - very glitchy and doesn’t feel well made, the app is clunky. It regularly clears filters, changes how you sorted the page without clicking to change the sorting options, often just randomly jumps back to the Home Screen when I’m mid-scroll, when you click on an item it’s often a blank page and when you click ‘back’ after looking at an item, you expect to go back to the category and back to your scroll eg boys shoes but it just takes you straight back to the home screen. I love George products, and shopping at Asda for clothes, homewear, groceries and gifts but the apps are letting you down!

I would give it a zero if possible - what the heck?! I have just spent about an hour trying to order new clothes for my children.It actually stressed me out to the point I started crying - I mean a am pregnant but oh my god the stress!Every time I added something to my basket and tried to continue shopping it would take me to the top of the page every time, and even while scrolling through looking for clothes it would take me back to the top of the page over and over.. very annoying and time consuming. The worst of it all however was trying to check out!!!! I must have clicked ‘pay now’ about 15 times and it wouldn’t work kept taking me back to checkout… items started to go out of stock that I have now missed out on getting little one because of your rubbish website, so have now lost some items I could have had in the sale. Desperately recommend somebody to update this website and fix the bugs it has because this is definitely not good enough for shoppers to use - how frustrating, will just go to asda next time way easier!
