George at Asda: Fashion & Home 4+

Hi the page keeps referring when I’m scrolling down on the page to view the products that are available please fix it and I have to start all over
The tracking is not working at all when I try to check it. The app is a bit slow please fix it

I would give it a zero if possible - what the heck?! I have just spent about an hour trying to order new clothes for my children.

It actually stressed me out to the point I started crying - I mean a am pregnant but oh my god the stress!

Every time I added something to my basket and tried to continue shopping it would take me to the top of the page every time, and even while scrolling through looking for clothes it would take me back to the top of the page over and over.. very annoying and time consuming.

The worst of it all however was trying to check out!!!! I must have clicked ‘pay now’ about 15 times and it wouldn’t work kept taking me back to checkout… items started to go out of stock that I have now missed out on getting little one because of your rubbish website, so have now lost some items I could have had in the sale.

Desperately recommend somebody to update this website and fix the bugs it has because this is definitely not good enough for shoppers to use - how frustrating, will just go to asda next time way easier!

Go through the whole filter thing to narrow down what you want & click on an item to view it, then go back to carry on looking & 9 times out of 10 it takes you right back to the start & you have to do the whole filter thing again. Happened 4 times. Then got to payments & was told to delete my card due to changes, so I done that, added my card again & it wouldn’t accept it so had to pay with PayPal. I just hope there’s no extra sticky stickers on my stuff like the pjs I bought at Christmas, they just don’t peel off! Pjs were ruined. George has really gone down the pan lately.
