The Range 4+

I love the range and was so excited to find they had an app I can shop & save my cart via. To my disappointment, the app is SO unbelievably slow - you’d be lucky to be able to navigate it at all. Even on desktop or a high end device the app is poorly functional. I’d recommend not downloading to avoid the frustration of waiting on never ending loading screens to view your basket. :)

App doesn’t narrow down to local store what’s in stock. search filters are to complicated and takes to long to load. Best thing this app ever had was the barcode scanner to price check in store because nothing has prices on when in the shop then they took that away. 😡

Signed up via the app and placed items in basket and then went to checkout. That’s when the issues started, first I was asked to add an address, which is expected, and then asked to confirm delivery option. Once the delivery option is confirmed it takes you back to the address page. So I confirm address again and it then asks for payment. I chose PayPal and it took me to the address page again. I chose address (for the third time) and it took me to the confirmation page. Although every section was ticked green, it would not allow me to proceed as the confirmation button was greyed out. As everything was green, I couldn’t see what the problem was. I gave up and bought items from a different company.
