Rubbish app, online site is also glitchy!

I love the stuff from the range but recently the app and online page have been SO bad. Glitchy and basically makes it impossible to actually put the order through. Also, trying to navigate through pages takes a LONG time for a very fast iPhone. Sometimes doesn’t load the page at all, which means you have to start all over again. I’ve spent 90 mins trying to check out today, still no luck! Please fix the pages as I love the products but this is terrible.

I’ve never written a review for an app before, that’s how bad it is.

Can’t checkout

Signed up via the app and placed items in basket and then went to checkout. That’s when the issues started, first I was asked to add an address, which is expected, and then asked to confirm delivery option. Once the delivery option is confirmed it takes you back to the address page. So I confirm address again and it then asks for payment. I chose PayPal and it took me to the address page again. I chose address (for the third time) and it took me to the confirmation page. Although every section was ticked green, it would not allow me to proceed as the confirmation button was greyed out. As everything was green, I couldn’t see what the problem was. I gave up and bought items from a different company.

Sort the basket out, developers!

You can’t tap on anything in your basket to go back into the item/photos/details, etc. It’s so frustrating. If you want to look back at anything saved in your basket, you have to find the item via the search bar. It’s ridiculous having to scroll back through things just to find the item that’s already in your basket. Not only that but you can’t zoom in on any item. Tapping on any photo of any item does nothing. It’s all so backwards for an app. This just goes to show that developers don’t check the apps they get paid to develop because this is basic-level developing.
