Works fine but why do tutorials pages have a timer!!

Lots of information and so far integration and connection to the sensor seems fine and up-to-date. Couple of things are apparent. The timeline seems to get confused at times. Also - why on all the tutorials do you have a timer on each page - trying read and digest the info and it flicks to the next page! Really annoying….

Super-buggy app

Lots don’t work on this. (1) the tutorials are old, and you constantly get a pop up to ask you to sign up for a “full guide”. Even when you do that it keeps popping up. (2) the integrations are flakey. Times are wrong and you can only edit if from AppleHealth. Any others are fixed. (3) try adding tags to an event. Each time you write them in, press done, the disappear! Again and again, then suddenly work. The link between the email you used to order or subscribe, and the one for the app isn’t clear. Do you need the same or not? The links on the website to your account don’t work if you’ve not got the same - but don’t work anyway either. Overall, this has had a total lack of recent investment to make it work, leading to a very annoying user experience which means you don’t bother tagging events, importing exercise to look at stats, and so only use the sensor readings. In which case, very little value add from SuperSapiens above any other off the shelf sensor you can buy from Libre.

Your mileage may vary!

For me, SuperSapiens is the single most important thing I’ve ever done to improve my cycling, health and fitness.

It showed me that I do not need to fuel as conventional wisdom would dictate. I’m just different in terms of how my body works. So far 15% increase in threshold power, and feeling much better overall.

In the past I’ve tried everything, and had pro coaching. As per my title, you may have a different experience. This is the thing about SuperSapiens- we’re all different. It tells you what works for you in terms of fuelling. All the other best practice advice is just about what works for most other people.
