Enjoyable game
Started playing this game properly today. At first i was a bit confused as to how to save my progress due to there being no representation of your saved game in the data sections console files.
After i worked that out i was able to enjoy the game. You have 40 years to play which sounds forever, but a season can be had in virtually 52 clicks if you wish. I was a little confused as to the cost of hiring coaches. It didn’t make clear that the fee was a one off payment and not a weekly charge which would have been too expensive at the beginning.
Overall an enjoyable game although it would be better on the player search to have an option to only show those within your agencies reputation level. No bugs so far, and the ads ( very few ), are static app store links which can be closed immediately.
Makes me want to check out other games by the developers.
Needs more
It’s a decent time killer and I would purchase the game if it had the ability to start a negotiation with a club who’s players contract is about to run out. Currently at the end of the year you get a lot of angry texts from clients who have to sort their own contracts out and there is nothing you could of done about it. The second thing is when you sort to clients I have 11/11 spots filled but only 8 show. Seems to be a bug. Would also like to force a transfer if the player is to big for the club.
Updated as contract negotiations have been added. Also worked out that 2 of my players are outside of the regions I can negotiate in and as I have a filter shown that excludes players outside my region it misses them. Clients screen could be clearer.
Needs vast improvement
First off this is a nice little concept to waste a few hours. Unfortunately you can only play one season every four hours which is ridiculous. You could spend £1.99 to unlock the game but I'm about to tell you why you shouldn't. The instructions are too vague and the interface is laborious. Your players are permanently annoyed at you and the end of each season brings a barrage of hate texts because they have had to renew their own contracts. Guess what? You didn't know their contract was going to expire and there is no option for you to approach the club to initiate discussions. Then the player leaves your agency a few weeks later. It will take an absolute age to get anywhere with this game mostly due to the four hour rule but also because the sums you get from the players at the start are tiny and the upgrades very costly. This game has great potential but for the moment is a frustrating waste of time and absolutely not worth paying for.
